2018 Yahoo Fantasy second base rankings: The Jose Altuve show

It’s no surprise Astros star and World Series champ Jose Altuve tops our fantasy second base rankings. A unique wrinkle though is Anthony Rizzo being high on the list after the Chicago Cubs’ defensive shifts last season saw the usual first baseman get enough appearances at second to qualify in 2018.
