One Pro Wrestling (1PW) remains the source of plenty of controversy.

Per Darren Burke of the Doncaster Free Press, ticket sales for the 1PW Know Your Enemy event that had been scheduled for October 28 have been suspended.

The show was set to be held at The Dome, and a spokesperson for Doncaster Culture and Leisure Trust, which operates the venue, said, “We are looking into the issues raised around the 1PW event so have decided to pause ticket sales for the time being. We will provide an update to customers as soon as we have more information.”

Over the past few days, several allegations about 1PW promoter Steven Gauntley have been making the rounds on social media. Cardona expressed his frustration on social media. He called Gauntley a “pure scrum” as he claimed that 1PW owed people money and canceled a show without telling anyone.

Commentator Joe Dombrowski also took to social media to accuse Gauntley of dishonesty, deception, and fraud. Dombrowski claimed that Gauntley owed people thousands of dollars, embezzled 1PW income, and fraudulently tried to sell 1PW stock.

He also wrote that Gauntley manipulated wrestlers in order to get loans and lied to those he owed money to.

Gauntlet recently filed a resignation filing with the UK government. Check out his comments here.
