Horace McFarlane, Jr. registered to vote for the first time. “I am excited to vote because it's my first time doing it. I had never gotten a chance to vote when I was 18,” the 19-year-old said. This fall, he’s determined to make his voice heard by voting. Inside Edition Digital’s Leigh Scheps shares his story.
