Nepo babies remain one of the internet's favorite topics, even after Vulture declared that 2022 was the "year of the nepo baby."

But some of your favorite celebrities might not just come from famous parents — they could have famous grandparents, or even great-grandparents.

These 17 celebrities have the unique distinction of having famous parents and famous children.

Dakota Johnson's mother is Melanie Griffith, who in turn is the daughter of Tippi Hedren.

Kids today might know that Johnson, the daughter of Griffith and "Miami Vice" star Don Johnson (and former stepdaughter of Antonio Banderas) is a nepo baby.

But Johnson's grandmother is an icon in her own right. She starred in two Alfred Hitchcock films, most famously "The Birds." She also co-starred with Sean Connery in "Marnie."

Additionally, Hedren and Griffith appeared in a film together, "Roar," which showcased Hedren's love for big cats. She and her husband and daughter lived with their pet lion Neil, which was famously documented in a photo shoot for Life Magazine in 1971.

"My life is incredibly lucky and privileged, and the life I led growing up was remarkable — the places I went and how we lived and what we were able to experience," Johnson told Vanity Fair in 2022.

You probably know that Zoë Kravitz's parents are Lisa Bonet and Lenny Kravitz. But you might not have known that Lenny's mother was Roxie Roker, star of "The Jeffersons."

Zoë Kravitz, known for appearances in "Big Little Lies," "The Batman," "High Fidelity," "Kimi," and more, has defended her nepo-baby status in the past.

"It's completely normal for people to be in the family business," Kravitz told GQ in 2022. "It's literally where last names came from. You were a blacksmith if your family was, like, the Black family."

Her father, Lenny, is most famous for his music career. But his mother, Roxie, was a television pioneer. As part of her role on "The Jeffersons," she was one-half of television's first interracial couple, according to The New York Times.

Riley Keough is the daughter of Lisa Marie Presley, and the granddaughter of Elvis and Priscilla Presley.

Keough followed in her mother's (and grandfather's) musical footsteps this year when she played the front-woman of fictional band Daisy Jones & the Six in the Prime Video series of the name, showcasing her own musical talents and earning an Emmy nomination.

The music from the show also earned a Grammy nomination.

Lisa Marie, who died in January 2023, had a musical career, as well.

Keough is close friends with two fellow "double" nepo babies, Dakota Johnson and Zoë Kravitz.

"Zoë and I's parents were friends when we were really little, so we would hang out as nepo babies, literally," Keough said in August 2023.

Johnson told Vanity Fair that same month that meeting Keough when they were teenagers was like "finding a soulmate."

Carrie Fisher, the daughter of Debbie Reynolds and Eddie Fisher, was the mother of actress Billie Lourd.

Reynolds, who died in 2016, is best known for two roles — one at the beginning of her career, and one towards the end: as Kathy in "Singin' in the Rain" in 1952, and as Angie in the "Halloweentown" films across the '90s and 2000s.

With her then-husband entertainer Eddie Fisher, she welcomed Carrie Fisher, one of the most beloved stars of her time. Fisher also died in 2016.

Fisher's daughter, Lourd, is an actress in her own right, appearing in films like "Booksmart" and shows such as "Scream Queens" and "American Horror Story."

She also joined the "Star Wars" family in 2015, appearing in "The Force Awakens" and its two sequels.

Both of Chris' parents are actors — his father, Robert, "got his SAG card in '64'" and has had "a hell of a career," as he told IndieWire in 2022, most famously in the sitcom "CHiPs."

But her mother, Gwynne Gilford, was considered a scream queen. She appeared in horror classics like "Black Friday," "The Black Cat," and "House of Frankenstein."

The Barrymore family is an acting dynasty that goes back to the 19th century, including Drew Barrymore, her father John Drew Barrymore, and her grandfather John Barrymore.

In 2023, Drew is the most well-known member of the Barrymore family, but her family has been acting for over 100 years.

Geraldine Chaplin is one of Charlie Chaplin's children — and the mother of actress Oona Chaplin.

Geraldine Chaplin is one of the silent film star's 11 children, and a successful actress in her own right. She's been nominated for three Golden Globes across her career, most notably for "Doctor Zhivago."

She also played her own grandmother, Hannah, in the 1992 biopic "Chaplin."

Her grandfather on her mother's side was playwright Eugene O'Neill.

Oona Chaplin came to prominence playing Talisa in "Game of Thrones." Next, she'll be in the upcoming "Avatar" sequels.

"I don't know how much of ['Chaplin'] was truth or lies exactly, but they captured the essence of my grandfather,"she told The Hollywood Reporter in 2015.

Abby and Chris Elliott made TV history when Abby was cast on "Saturday Night Live" in 2008, becoming the first father and daughter to be on the show. Chris Elliott was on "SNL" from 1994 to 1995.

But even without "SNL," Abby Elliott was part of a comedy lineage. Her grandfather Bob Elliott was a beloved comedian too.

The elder Elliotts co-starred in a sitcom together, "Get a Life," from 1990 to 1992.

"Karate Kid" star Chad McQueen, the only son of actor Steve McQueen, is the father of "Vampire Diaries" star Steven R. McQueen.
