J. Graham's Café: Brunch buffet for $37.95 per plate from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. The café will also be open on New Year’s Day from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. offering an à la carte menu that features several fan favorites including the famous hot brown.
Lobby Bar & Grill: Serving two New Year’s Eve specials from 5-10 p.m. The lamb special includes a piece of Freedom Run braised lamb shank, butternut squash puree, grilled bok choy, and caramelized shallots ($56 per plate) and the fish special includes pan-roasted halibut, charred asparagus risotto, house-made lemon beurre blanc sauce and buttery blue crab ($48 per plate).
