Wine Down To The Weekend

5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Reitz Home Museum, 112 Chestnut St. in Evansville. Free.

Enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the historic setting of the Reitz Home garden, veranda, and patio. This event will feature live entertainment from King's Highway.

The Indiana Section of the American Water Works Association is hosting its annual Water for People Benefit Concert with headliner Chris Cagle and local band Whisky Row.

Friday

UMYH Annual Block Party

4 p.m. to 7 p.m., UMYH Campus, 2521 N. Burkhardt Road. Free.

This family-friendly event raises awareness about the mission of the United Methodist Youth Home and the impact of local charities in Southwest Indiana with youth art for sale, youth home merchandise, campus tours, and food trucks.

Here Come the Mummies

7 p.m., Victory Theatre, 600 Main St. Tickets range from $26 to $41.

American funk band Here Come the Mummies, best known for their anonymous identities, is stopping in Evansville to deliver terrifying funk inspired from beyond the grave.

5:30 p.m., Bluestocking Social, 606B S. Weinbach Ave. Free.

Owensboro author Joseph Fulkerson will be reading and signing copies of his new book "East Jesus Nowhere," a story based on different experiences and predicaments one finds themselves in when they are drinking and hanging out with their friends.

Saturday

Corpus Christi Healing Gardens Harvest Fest

9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Corpus Christi Church, 5528 Hogue Road in Evansville.

This festival celebrates the harvest season. Available for purchase are fall decorations as well as Corpus Christi Chuckwagon sausage burgers, dozens of baked goods, harvest mix, frozen hot chocolate and apple cider. There will be outdoor activities including hayrides, crafts, a petting zoo and more.

Extension Homemakers Fine Arts & Craft Show

9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Vanderburgh 4-H Center, 201 E. Boonville-New Harmony Road. Tickets are $3; kids 10 and under are free.

This event will host over 400 vendors of handmade and hand-embellished items from across the Midwest. Merchandise includes woodcrafts, furniture, holiday decorations, hand-sewn children's clothing, quilts, jewelry, floral arrangements, candles, toys, doll clothes, pottery, candy, snacks and more.

EVs for EVV

10 a.m. to 2 p.m., 3501 E. Lloyd Expressway in Evansville. Free.

Evansville hosts its second annual electric vehicle cruise-in as part of National Drive Electric Week to showcase some of the best electric vehicles in the city. There will be a robotics demonstration by New Tech Institute and North High School, live music by Sassafras and Panacea, vendors, food trucks, kids' activities and more.

WNIN Kids Fest

10 a.m. to 3 p.m., WNIN, 2 Main St. Free.

This family-friendly event combines education and fun with free books for every child that attends, hands-on activities at each vendor, inflatables, stage performances, food trucks, and meet and greets with favorite PBS characters such as Daniel Tiger, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and more. A Daniel Tiger movie will be streamed from 2-3 p.m.

Fall Funk in the City

10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Haynie's Corner. Free.

This festival will feature artists from throughout the region, food vendors and live music.

Newburgh Music Festival

2 p.m. to 9 p.m., 23 W. Jennings St., Newburgh. Wristbands are $10 for Porch Fest and children 12 and under are free.

This music festival takes place in Downtown Newburgh for community members to enjoy live music. Live music will be in the town hall parking lot, while the Porch Fest with musicians/bands will be set up along several Water Street front porches from 2-5 p.m. The after-party will be back in the town hall parking lot with headliner The Gold Stares.

Art Talk with Lori Rivera

5 p.m., Bluestocking Social, 606 B S. Weinbach Ave. Free.

Painter and co-founder of Creative Type Podcast Lori Rivera and art collector Lisa Garrett will be leading an art talk about how art impacts mental health, what it's like being an artist, staying motivated and more.

Jazz Under the Stars

7 p.m., Ella Elizabeth Hise Museum of Regional Art and Terrance, 3573 College Road, Harrisburg, Illinois. Tickets range from $40 to $75.

An evening of art, food and live jazz with two bands. Proceeds from this event benefit scholarships for student.

'On the Roof' concert series

7 p.m. to 10 p.m., 212 Main St. in Evansville. Free. 

The Arts Council's concert series will host its last concert of the season with performances from Dekar Justus and Friends.

Big Bad Voodoo Daddy

Celebrating 30 years in the music scene where they've averaged 150 shows a year, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy is stopping in Evansville for a night of big band-inspired music.
