Thursday
Eclipse Show
3 p.m., Thursday through Sunday weekly, Koch Immersive Theather and Planetarium, 411 SE Riverside Drive. Cost included in museum admission, which is between $8 and $12.
This eclipse-oriented planetarium show demonstrates a realistic simulation of the conditions that produce a solar and lunar eclipse.
Wine Down To The Weekend
5 p.m. to 7 p.m., Reitz Home Museum, 112 Chestnut St. in Evansville. Free.
Enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the historic setting of the Reitz Home garden, veranda, and patio. This event will feature live entertainment from Troy Miller.
Tri-State Amateur Comedy Contest
8 p.m., Jennings Street Public House, 300 W. Jennings Street in Newburgh. Free.
For several Thursday nights in September and October, this comedy event will feature 40 amateur comedians from the community each doing three to five minutes of original material.
Friday
Kids Consignment Sales
Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Old National Events Plaza, Free
Pigtails and Cowlicks is hosting a two-day event providing families with the opportunity to buy and sell children's items.
Encanto: The Sing-Along Film Concert
6 p.m., Old National Events Plaza, 715 Locust St. Tickets range from $14 to $48.
This gives movie lovers a mixture of live film watching and singing along to the 2021 movie. Attendees will sing along with a live band while watching the full movie.
Saturday
Corpus Christi Healing Gardens Harvest Fest
9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Corpus Christi Church, 5528 Hogue Road in Evansville.
This festival celebrates the harvest season. Available for purchase are fall decorations as well as Corpus Christi Chuckwagon sausage burgers, dozens of baked goods, harvest mix, frozen hot chocolate and apple cider. There will be outdoor activities including hayrides, crafts, a petting zoo and more.

Latino Resource Day
9 a.m. to 1 p.m., EVPL-Browning Room, 200 SE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Free
More than 20 city agencies are sharing their resources for members of the community to come and find resources
Evansville Farmers Market
10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Washington Square Mall. Free.
Shop from local vendors, food trucks and join the fun for First Responders Appreciation Day.
For the Sake of the Song
2 to 8 p.m., Wesselman Woods, 551 N. Boeke Road. Free
This free music festival will feature 13 acts at the Odonata Pond Amphitheater, food trucks, and a beer garden by Bokeh Lounge.
Opening Night @ Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra
7 p.m., Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra, 600 Main St, Tickets are $30 to $85
Opening Night with the EPO features Samuel Barber's Overture to The School for Scandal, Sheridan Seyfried’s Double Concerto for Two Violins and Orchestra, and Pictures at an Exhibition By Modest Mussorgsky/Ravel
Colour of Humanity Gala
6-10 p.m., Bally's Riverfront Event Center, 421 NW Riverside Drive. Tickets start at $50.
The annual Colour of Humanity Gala through the Evansville African American Museum is back. This year, the gala celebrates and remember the 1920s and Prohibition in Baptisttown. There will be a silent auction, soul food buffet, speech by Bill Bradley of Schnuck Markets, live music, and more. 1920s-era attire is welcome and encouraged.
Sunday
International Food Festival
11 a.m. to 4 p.m., Islamic Society of Evansville, 4200 Grimm Road in Newburgh.
This annual food festival will feature and delight guests with culinary curiosities from around the world and will have every taste including vegan and vegetarian.

Lincolnshire Front Porch Fest
1 p.m. to 7 p.m., 711 College Highway. Free.
This festival is celebrating Evansville's historic Lincolnshire neighborhood, where patrons will be able to talk around and enjoy live music from different porches. Free yoga will be available from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., followed by live music by over 20 musicians. There will be 10 food trucks throughout the neighborhood and a bar cart at the "Triangle."
The Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band
7 p.m., Victory Theatre, 600 Main St. Tickets range from $36 to $96.
Louisana-born blues guitarist Kenny Wayne Shepard and the band are traveling to Evansville for a night of music.
West Side Nut Club Fall Festival
Oct. 1 to Oct. 7, Franklin Street on Evansville's West Side.
The week-long festival is back to celebrate 102 years. Each day is jam-packed with rides, food, drinks, festivals parades and live music. With this event, there's enough for the whole family.
