Here are 14 trick-or-treats and other candy events in Stockton

Halloween is a week away but you don't have to wait too long for some trick-or-treating. Or should I say, trunk-or-treating.

Here are 14 events in Stockton happening now through Halloween.

Sierra's Vista Harvest Festival

The Sierra Vista Residence Council and the Reinvent South Stockton Coalition will be hosting a free family-friendly Harvest Festival from 3-6 p.m. on Wednesday. Head over to 1602 E 11th St. in Stockton for a fun event with a haunted house, prizes for best dressed, and yes lots of candy.

Sweets at University of the Pacific

Dress up in your best Halloween outfit and head over to the University of the Pacific for their trick-or-treat event from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 25. Students and faculty will be giving out candy across campus. This is a free event for the community.

Lovotti Trunk-or-Treat Event

Lovotti Inc will be having a free family-friendly Trunk or Treat event from 5-8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 26. There will be candy, food, and games.

Annual Harvest Carnival at Quail Lakes Baptist Church

Quail Lakes Baptist Church is having its free annual Harvest Carnival from 5-8 p.m. on Friday. EPIC Entertainment and its mascot Kazoo will be performing. This event is filled with a Trunk-or-Treat, candy and lots of food.

Safe Trick or Treating event at the Courthouse Plaza

The Courthouse Plaza located on Main and San Joaquin streets in downtown Stockton is near full occupancy after being nearly vacant two years ago.

Parents by Choice is bringing Halloween fun to downtown Stockton. Head over to the Courthouse Plaza for a Safe Trick or Treating event. Not only will there be free candy but also games, raffle prizes and giveaways and a haunted alley. This is a free event for the community.

Trick-or-Treat on Yosemite Street

Yosemite Street Village is having a Trick-or-treat event on Saturday from 10 a.m. through noon. There will be treats from participating businesses and a children's costume contest around 11:30 a.m. At 8 p.m. there will be a movie night. There will be prizes for the following: "most creative, "scariest," "cutest," "best group," and "best pet costume."

This is a free event open to the community.

The Hustle Hub Market Trick or Treat at the Weberstown Mall

Head over to the Hustle Hub Market on Saturday, Oct. 18, where there will be a Trick or Treat in the vendor area, while supplies last. There will be an Amazon gift card raffle too! From 1-3 p.m. there will be free face painting for children under 11 years old.

Candy on the Mile

Head over to the Miracle Mile for a trick or treat on the Mile. There will be a "Candy Crawl" from 12-2 p.m. The Boo-tique Market is from 2-6 p.m. at Tuxedo Court.

Trunk-or-Treat with the YMCA of San Joaquin at the Stockton Sailing Club

The YMCA of San Joaquin will be celebrating Halloween with a Trunk or Treat at the Stockton Sailing Club at 4980 Buckley Cove Way on Thursday, Oct. 28. There will be games, vendors and resources.

Trunk-or-Treat at Sherwood Place

A Truck or Treat event will be taking place from 6-8:30 p.m. on Saturday in the Skyzone Sherwood Place parking lot. This is an event by Lil Vics Ice Cream & Stockton 209 Cares.

Monster Mash Halloween Bash at Pixie Woods

Pixie Wood's will be hosting their annual Monster Mash Halloween Bash on Saturday, Oct. 28.

Admission to the event includes a carousel ride, a treat bag giveaway, and entertainment. Children wearing costumes aged 2 to 12 enter free to the event.

General admission is $5. Tickets can be purchased at the Special Events Office at City Hall, Pixie Woods Children's Park. Purchases are cash only. All sales are final. The Pixie Woods Board provided one free drink ticket, a free picture booth and a free pumpkin giveaway.

Trunk-or-Treat

The SUSD Department of Public Safety and the Stockton Police Department and members of the community are having the annual Trunk or Treat!

Both public safety departments, local businesses and organizations will hand out candy from 4-6 p.m. at the Weber Point Events Center in downtown Stockton.

Not only will there be free candy at the event but shows like a car show and reptile show. This is a free community event for the community.

Candy Crawl at Weberstown Mall

A Candy Crawl will take place on Halloween at the Weberstown Mall in Stockton. The crawl will begin at 5 p.m. on Tuesday. There will also be a trick-or-treat at participating stores. Masks or full-face paint for anyone over the age of 12 will not be allowed neither will weapons.

Candy Land at First Baptist Church

Dress up in your best costume and head out to the First Baptist Church in Stockton for Candy Land. The event will start at 5:30 p.m. There will be carnival games, face painting, a train ride, and of course candy. The free family event will also have food truck vendors and raffle prizes.
