The following restaurants or food trucks, listed in alphabetical order, passed their inspections Nov. 19-25 with zero violations:

  • High Priority - Shell eggs in use or stored with cracks or broken shells. See stop sale. Observed four broken eggs stored with intact shell eggs in the reach-in cooler in the kitchen. The operator discarded the four broken eggs. **Corrected On-Site**

  • High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed shredded cheese (54F - cold holding); raw salmon (50F - cold holding); raw ground beef (49F - cold holding); cooked chicken (52F - cold holding); raw beef (50F - cold holding) in the cold holding unit underneath the flat top grill. Observed raw chicken (52F - cold holding); blue cheese dressing (50F - cold holding); housemade buffalo sauce with butter (53F - cold holding) in the reach-in cooler near service window. The operator stated the above foods have been held for less than four hours. The operator moved the above food products to a different cold holding unit. **Corrective Action Taken** **Repeat Violation** **Admin Complaint**

  • High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed a chemical spray bottle stored hanging on a shelf near canned chiles in the prep area. The operator properly stored the spray bottle. **Corrected On-Site**

Observed in main kitchen area pancake mix (58F - cold holding); potatoes (57F - cold holding); sausage (54F - cold holding); butter (90F - cold holding).
