Tiger Woods' appearance sealed the deal for 11-year-old Holden Bautista, who made headlines at the TGR Invitation — after draining not one but TWO hole-in-ones during the tournament.

The renowned golfer, who redesigned the course's layout in 2021, has been away from public eyes since April when he underwent a medical procedure to deal with post-traumatic arthritis.

The golfing legend also offered words of encouragement, telling the youngster, "I'm proud of you" and "Keep at it." The sweet moment was captured on film and later shared on X, formerly Twitter, alongside the caption:

"A moment this young golfer will never forget ❤️ After making an ace, 11-year-old Holden Bautista was congratulated by @TigerWoods."

As one would expect, the clip caught the attention of fans, earning nearly 400k views in less than 24 hours and numerous replies. "Imagine hitting a hole in one in front of black Jesus and then he comes up to you and daps you up, I would melt," one person expressed in the quotes.

Another person wrote, "Must be one of the best feelings in the world that sadly I've still not experienced 🤷‍♂️🙏⛳️," and a third chimed, "This kid is having a day 🥹." Meanwhile, this viewer pointed out, "The reaction from the boy in the gray sweatshirt is the best. Celebrate the victories of others as well as your own."

The last time Woods' name appeared in the news for sports reasons, it was due to an announcement following his exit from The Masters. At the time, The Blast had reported that a statement had been shared via his X page after aggravating his plantar fasciitis during the tournament. The statement read:

"Earlier today, Tiger underwent a subtalar fusion procedure to address his post-traumatic arthritis from his previous talus fracture. It was performed by Dr. Martin O'Malley at HSS Sports Medicine Institute in New York City. He has determined the surgery to be successful. Tiger is currently recovering and looks forward to beginning his rehabilitation."

Upon learning the news, numerous individuals took to the replies to express their hope that the professional golfer would make a swift return to the golf course. One X user stated, "Get well soon, Tiger. Hopefully, we'll see you at one of the majors this year?" Another expressed confidence that if anyone could return to playing at a high level quickly, it's Tiger.

A third person extended wishes for a "great & full recovery" to spare him from dealing with pain in the future. "Tiger is a warrior for not only playing through this injury but also making the cut at @TheMasters Heal up, big cat, the golf world will be praying," a fourth person communicated.

Woods emerged victorious in the lawsuit brought against him by his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, in May. As it turned out, Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger had rejected Herman's attempt to nullify their 2017 agreement by alleging that the TGR Foundation co-founder had engaged in sexual harassment against her.

In her 11-page opinion, Metzger described Herman's allegations as "vague and lacking substance." The docs partly read, "Herman has had the opportunity (to) provide factual specificity for any claim relating to sexual assault or sexual harassment, however, she has not done so."

The judge concluded that the evidence indicated the existence of a negotiated NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) between the former couple, despite Herman's attorney, Benjamin Hodas, questioning whether his client had signed it.

As a result of this ruling, it was reported by BBC News that the former manager of one of Woods' restaurants had to resolve the $30 million case through private out-of-court arbitration to keep it out of the public eye.

Herman had previously alleged that she was locked out of the Hobe Sound, Florida home she shared with Woods after being deceived into packing her bags for what she believed was a vacation.

She claimed, through her lawsuit, that the recipient of the 2019 recipient of the Presidential Medal of Freedom had promised her 11 years of residence at the property.
