The full title of the romantic comedy TV anime is The 100 Girlfriends Who Really, Really, Really, Really, Really Love You. It is an adaptation of the manga series of the same name written by Rikito Nakamura and illustrated by Yukiko Nozawa. The plot revolves around Rentarō Aijō, a young man whose romantic advances were rejected by 100 girls. When he prays to the God of Love for a girlfriend, the said god appears and tells him that he will have 100 soulmates.
