Gruesome Playground Injuries at the Stockton Civic Theatre
The Stockton Civic Theatre's Pam Kitto Black Box Theatre is having Gruesome Playground Injuries this weekend.
"Over the course of 30 years, the lives of Kayleen and Doug intersect at the most bizarre intervals, leading the two childhood friends to compare scars and the physical calamities that keep drawing them together," Stockton Civic Theatre website states.
It is a play by Rajiv Joseph and directed by Jon Selover. Tickets can be found at stocktoncivictheatre.

Paranormal Cirque II
Cirque Italia is coming to Lodi this weekend.
"A new show with breathtaking implications always poised between fun and the most uninhibited fear that will transport you to a dark world inhabited by creatures with incredible circus art abilities," Paranormal Cirque website states.
The show is Rated R, and no one under 13 will be admitted. Tickets start at $20.

Friday Night Market at Weberstown Mall
The Friday Night Market outside Weberstown Mall is back every Friday night this October. This will be their last month for the year. From fresh goods to local handmade gifts, the market has a little bit of everything for everyone. An event by Tony Fields and Makers Made.

Astronomy in the Park
Want to see the moon, Jupiter, Saturn and M13 or Star Cluster in Hercules up close through the lens of a telescope? Then head over to Oak Grove Regional Park on Saturday, Oct. 21.
The Stockton Astronomical Society members will again bring out their telescopes for Astronomy in the Park this October. Telescope viewings take place once a month and feature a different deep sky object every time. This also happens on the Saturday closest to the first quarter moon.
Sunset is at 6:20 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 21: The Moon, Jupiter, Saturn, M13, or Star Cluster in Hercules can be seen then. After 8 p.m., the Deep Sky Object M27 or The Dumbbell Nebula can be seen.
The event is free, but the county charges $6 for parking.

Día de los Muertos at The Catalyst
The Catalyst is celebrating Día de los Muertos on Saturday, Oct. 21 with crafts, food, altars, music and even a Catrina pageant. A free community event to remember loved ones who have passed away. If you are interested in participating email info@catalyst926.com.

Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire
Ever wanted to be part of something spooky for Halloween season? This is your time to shine or scare other ones at the Lodi Zombie Walk & Halloween Faire in downtown Lodi. The event returns for their 13th year.
Watching or walking the parade are both free but if you want to join in on some more fun at the entertainment area, Creeper Alley Haunt and more tickets will be available for purchase.
This event is presented by the Zombie Club. Children 10 years and under are free with a paying adult.
A wrestling show will kick off at 5 p.m. following with “scare” runs that will go from 6-8 p.m. and at 8 p.m. the Zombie walk will begin. The Zombie Walk will begin at 8 p.m. but “scare” runs will go from 6-8 p.m.

John Milton “Duermase” at the Bob Hope Theatre
Ever wanted to experience a hypnotist live? Well, no need to keep looking because John Milton “Duermase” will be in Stockton. Head over to the Bob Hope Theatre to watch the show.

Halloween on Ice
Head over to the Oak Park Ice Arena for Halloween on Ice.
There will be a show for the family, fall treats such as warm cider and hot chocolate. After the show around 7:45 p.m. everyone will be able to enjoy 45 minutes of free ice skating, the Visit Stockton website states.
Tickets are $5 at Oak Park Ice Arena. Children under 5 years old enter free.

Trick or treat at The Children's Museum of Stockton
Stop by The Children's Museum of Stockton from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Oct. 22 for some Halloween fun. Children are encouraged to dress in their Halloween costumes for the free family event. Walk around and receive some candy from community booths.

"Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein" at the Bob Hope Theatre
If you love a good classic movie then head over to the Bob Hope Theatre for movie night on the silver screen.
Friends of the Fox Classic Movie series presents "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein," a 1948 American horror but at the same tome comedy movie classic.
Doors will open at 1 p.m. Dave Moreno will be at the Mighty Morton organ at 1:30 p.m. Sunday and master of ceremonies Matías Bombal will kick off the movie at 2 p.m. Tickets are $3 for children 4-year-old to 12-years-old. General admission is $9.
