"I really need to thank the father of my children and my best friend, Justin, for all of your love and support. It's because of you that I'm able to be a working mother," Ali Wong said as she accepted the Globe for best actress in a limited series, anthology series or a motion picture made for television.

The Beef actress also got a congratulatory kiss from her current partner Bill Hader as she went up to accept her award.

Christopher Nolan Pays Tribute to Heath Ledger During First Win

After being nominated several times over the years, Christopher Nolan won his first Golden Globe for best director of a motion picture for Oppenheimer. When he reached the stage to accept the award, he first took a moment to pay tribute to the late Heath Ledger, who starred in his 2008 film,The Dark Knight.

"The only time I've ever been on this stage before was accepting one of these on behalf of our dear friend, [the late] Heath Ledger, and that was complicated and challenging for me," Nolan said.

"And in the middle of speaking, I looked down at Robert Downey Jr., [who] caught my eye and gave me a look of support," he added during the emotional moment. "The same look [he's] giving me now — the same love and support he showed so many people in your community over the years."

Keri Russell and Ray Romano Do a Bit About the Truth

It turns out the truth doesn't always set you free, as Ray Romano found out in this funny bit he played with Keri Russell as the duo presented the best supporting male actor - television award. He commended her on her wonderful work in The Americans and she ... agreed.

Though Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet did not walk the carpet together, they were reunited inside and were caught stealing a kiss from their seats during the ceremony. The Wonka star was nominated for his role in the latest iteration of the beloved Roald Dahl story and wore a sparkly jacket for the occasion. Jenner wore a complementary look featuring lace and sparkles.

The cast of Suits gave fans a treat when they reunited to present the cast of Succession with the award for best drama series. Patrick J. Adams and Gabriel Macht first took the stage before being joined by former costars Sarah Rafferty and Gina Torres during Sunday night's broadcast. Meghan Markle and Rick Hoffman also starred on the show, though were not in attendance for the mini reunion.

The gravity of the moment was not lost on Kieran Culkin as he mused about coming to the Globes for years in his best television male actor - drama series speech.

"I was nominated for a Golden Globe 20 years ago, and when that moment passed I sort of remember thinking I’m never going to be back in this room again. Which, was fine. Whatever. But thanks to Succession, I’ve been in here a couple of times, which is nice. But I sort of accepted I’m never going to be on stage, so this is a nice moment, thank you," he said.

The heartfelt moment immediately turned light when the Succession actor quipped, "Suck it, Pedro. Mine!" to gracious fellow nominee Pedro Pascal, who played along by pretending to cry in the audience.

Lily Gladstone Makes History with Her Win

When Lily Gladstone took the stage to accept the award for best actress in a motion picture - drama for her performance in Killers of the Flower Moon, she began by speaking in the Blackfeet language — an Algonquian language spoken by the Blackfoot or Niitsitapi people.

"I love everyone in this room. I don't have words," she said. "I just spoke a bit of Blackfeet language, a beautiful community nation that raised me, that encouraged me to keep going, keep doing this here with my mom, who, even though she's not Blackfeet, worked tirelessly to get our language into our classroom so I had a Blackfeet language teacher growing up."

She later added that the win was a "historic one."

"It doesn't belong to just me," she continued. "I'm holding it right now. I'm holding it with all my beautiful sisters in the film at this table over here and my mother, Tantoo Cardinal, standing on all of your shoulders. Thank you."

Hilarious duo Kristen Wiig and Will Ferrell garnered quite the laugh as they presented the award for best performance by a male actor in a motion picture – musical or comedy.

As they attempted to make their way through their intro, the duo's "favorite song" continued to interrupt them and with each interlude, they danced along more and more, first with a slight shoulder shimmy and eventually full-on moves.

Jennifer Lawrence and Lenny Kravtiz Have a 'Hunger Games' Reunion

In between awards Sunday night, Jennifer Lawrence and Lenny Kravitz had a mini Hunger Games  reunion when they posed for photos together inside The Beverly Hilton. The two starred as Katniss Everdeen and Cinna in the popular franchise.

Also reuniting at the Globes, Mamma Mia's Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried.
