Quick Trick to Make a Festive Table Runner
When we see ribbons this time of the year, we think of presents and the fun of giving. But they’re also one of our favorite ways to make your table festive without doing a lot of work. Just with some leftover ribbons, you can give your table a clean, bold design that says the holiday season has arrived. In a subtle way, your table will look like the biggest gift of all.
Materials:
Long pieces of ribbon
Tools:
Scissors
Instructions:
Start with a plain tablecloth laid on your table.
Cut lengths of ribbon to the width of your tablecloth and lay across the table.
Cut lengths of ribbon to the length of your tablecloth and lay the length of the table.
Repeat this step several times to give your table a ‘woven’ feel with the ribbons.
