Materials:

  • Fishnet stockings

  • Various shades of powder eye shadows: blue, green, yellow, white, purples, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Place the stocking over your head and hold it in place as you brush the blue powder over your face.

  2. Add lighter shades such as yellow or white to use as highlighter on cheekbones, eyelids, forehead and nose.

  3. Use deeper shades anywhere you want shadowing.

  4. Gently pull off the stocking and check out your mermaid skin!
