Tyga Ordered to Pay $186K to Another Landlord After Leaving Behind ‘Hazardous Environmental Waste’

Not again!

Just weeks after settling a high-cost legal dispute with his ex-landlord, Tyga got slapped with another six-figure bill from one of his property owners.

F&S Investment Properties brought legal action against the 26-year-old back in March, accusing him of damaging the Los Angeles home he had rented to run his side business, Egypt Last Kings Clothing. The complaint alleged breach of lease, breach of guaranties and waste. Yes, waste.

According to legal documents obtained by PEOPLE, Tyga and Co. quit paying rent and “abandoned the premises without notice” back in June 2015. When F&S reps visited the house, they found it “in gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid, and hazardous environmental waste that required a professional clean-up.” (The environmental waste is allegedly ink that was poured down the drain and into a public sewer, TMZ reports.)

A judgment filed on Aug. 18 ruled in favor of the plaintiff. Tyga’s organization has been ordered to pay $186,275.89 in damages.

Still, that’s chump change compared to the amount demanded by another of Tyga’s former landlords. Gholamreza Rezai charged the “Rack City” rapper more than $480,000 for damages and unpaid rent. The pair were involved in a lengthy legal squabble that resulted in a lien being placed on his personal finances.

The case was resolved earlier this month. “There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, the terms of which are confidential,” Danny Abir, attorney for Rezai tells PEOPLE.

However, Tyga still owes “ in excess of $270K” to jeweler Jason Arasheben, who recently hired a new legal team to collect the money he says the rapper has owed him since 2012.

A rep for Tyga did not respond to request for comment.
