Tom Cruise is no longer the main man in his daughter Isabella’s life. After walking down the aisle in an under-the-radar ceremony last month, she’s now a married woman.

The 22-year-old wed Max Parker, a British I.T. consultant and her boyfriend of less than a year. The understated nuptials took place on Sept. 18 in a conference room decorated with flowers at the luxurious Dorchester Hotel in London, Us Weekly has reported.

A source told the magazine that the bride wore a lace mini-dress in white and was attended by friends she met while studying at the nearby Vidal Sassoon Academy for her current job as a hairdresser.

“Bella really didn’t want to make a big deal out of it,” the source said. “There wasn’t even any sort of official reception as was very, very informal."

While a small group of friends were in attendance, Tom and Nicole were not present to see their daughter exchange vows. Bella and Max reportedly did not want to attract any unwanted attention. However, according to People, Tom approves of Parker — Bella and her new husband spent the holidays with Tom last year — and the Mission: Impossible actor even picked up the tab for the nuptials. There are conflicting reports as to whether Bella’s younger brother Connor was invited.

Tom and Nicole, who were married for 11 years, adopted Bella before their 2001 split. Though Bella and Connor opted to live with their dad in Los Angeles after their parents divorced, Kidman insists she’s remained close with her kids despite reports to the contrary. Connor, an aspiring DJ, concurred, telling Woman’s Day Australia in 2014, "I love my mum. I don’t care what people say, I know that me and Mum are solid. My family means everything. Yeah, I love my music, but the family comes before everything else.”
