Hilaria shared a video clip Tuesday that shows Carmen giggling while she smears makeup all over — and we do mean all over — her face. She also performs the kind of dance that only sweet babes who know nothing about politics or the ugliness out in the world can do.

Carmen has obviously been on a makeup kick lately, because her mom shared another photo of her wearing lots of lipstick over the weekend.
