Teresa Palmer Fell in Love With Her Husband Over 40 Days of Emails
Teresa Palmer stars in the upcoming film adaptation of Nicholas Sparks’s The Choice, but she has a real-life love story of her own that Sparks may want to use as inspiration for a future novel.
The Insider With Yahoo chatted with the 29-year-old Australian actress at the movie’s junket, where she opened up about falling in love with her husband, Mark Weber, long before they even laid eyes on each other. “My husband and I fell in love over email over 40 days,” Teresa explained. “We sent emails to each other before we met face to face."
The two first connected on Twitter back in 2012, when Teresa contacted Mark about a movie he’d directed. They began exchanging emails while on opposite sides of the country and the rest his history. The couple wed in December 2013 and welcomed their first son together, Bodhi Rain, just a few months later. Fortunately, the honeymoon isn’t over yet. Palmer gushed that her hubby really knows how to keep the romance alive in their relationship.
