Simone Biles Reunites with Her 'Brazilian Boyfriend' After Both Gymnasts Win Medals

Simone Biles and her "Brazilian boyfriend" Arthur Mariano are both Rio Olympics medalists.

On Sunday, after the 19-year-old American gymnast picked up her third gold medal in the women's vault final and Mariano took home the bronze for Brazil in the men's floor exercise, the two athletes got together to show off their new neckwear.

Mariano shared two photos with Biles on Snapchat. In one, the pair hug and smile for selfie. Another shows the gymnasts kissing their medals with a heart emoji.

Biles teased her friendship with the 22-year-old Mariano ahead of the Olympics when she posted a photo with the handsome Brazilian ahead of the Games and captioned it, "My Brazilian boyfriend."

The two continued their social media love fest in Snapchats posted Friday ahead of the Opening Ceremony. In Mariano's photo, he captured a shot of a beaming Biles from across a dining hall and captioned the photo, "My babe."

Biles reciprocated by posting a video zooming in on Nory with the caption, "babe @arthur."

While it's unclear whether this is real Rio love or a fun game for the two superstar gymnasts, they seem to be making the most of their time competing in Brazil.

Biles and the rest of the women's gymnastics team have been sharing photos with other Olympians during their time in Rio, including height comparison pictures with 6-feet,8-inch volleyball player David Lee and selfies with Team Japan's women's gymnastic squad.

Biles is set to compete in the balance beam final on Monday and the floor final on Tuesday, hoping to add to her collection of three gold medals.
