For first-time moms, the Mayo Clinic says labor can "last for hours or even days." Snooki underwent a 27-hour labor to deliver Lorenzo Dominic LaValle. Despite the time, she confided to Jay Leno on "The Tonight Show," "I didn't feel anything because I got the epidural." Maybe Megan Fox should've injected a vial of Snooki's blood before her own delivery.
