Orlando Bloom Dreams of Opening the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Becoming a Hadid Sister

Orlando Bloom has #goals — and they apparently include a career as a lingerie model.

While the British actor, 39, had a very busy weekend dressing up in matching pajamas with girlfriend Katy Perry while spending the Thanksgiving holiday with her family, he’s still up on his current events. Our favorite naked paddleboarder is well aware that the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is taping on Wednesday — and he wishes he could be a part of it.

“Guess who’s opening the VS show this year,” he captioned a photo of himself rocking bunny ears and giving a wink. He added the hashtag “#OrlandoHadid,” referring to the sister act of Gigi and Bella Hadid, who will both be featured in the show this year. (For the record, Bella is a first-timer; it’s Gigi’s second year.)

While we aren’t sure why he was wearing bunny ears and not wings or a halo (they aren’t called Angels for nothin’), ’Lando is quite familiar with the famed fashion show, having attended it in 2011 — proudly sitting in the front row — when his then-wife Miranda Kerr was still walking.

Kerr told PopSugar that year that she winked and waved to her man each time she flitted down the runway.

Funny enough, Perry has ties to the show too. In 2010, she performed with Akon. This year, Lady Gaga has singing duties, and she shared a photo from behind the scenes with Orlando’s “sisters.”

Maybe come Monday night, when the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show airs at 10 p.m., Orlando and Katy will be watching together in special matching jammies — silk! — for the occasion. Here’s hoping he’ll also Instagram a photo of that.
