‘The O.C.’ costars Rachel Bilson and Chris Carmack reunite in ‘Nashville’

There was only one way Rachel Bilson should’ve been welcomed to the Nashville set, and it appears to have happened.

A few days after the news broke that the actress would be joining the season 5 cast of the CMT musical drama, she was reunited with her former costar from The O.C., Chris Carmack. And they took a photo together. And it has the perfect caption.

“‘Welcome to Nashville B****……this is how it’s done in Tennessee,'” Bilson wrote, tagging it “#propergreeting” and referencing Carmack’s unforgettable line in the pilot of The O.C.

While we don’t yet know much about Bilson’s character on Nashville, she did offer this tease when the casting news broke:

CMT has not yet announced when Nashville will be returning following its dramatic midseason finale last week.
