Russell Brand could be entitled to approximately $20 million of soon-to-be-ex-wife Katy Perry's money in their impending divorce, but according to TMZ, the actor is not seeking Katy's fortune.

"This divorce is as amicable as it gets, and Russell was a mensch (Yiddish for a good person)," a source told the website.

TMZ reports the "Arthur" star "doesn't want Katy's money" and is "happy to walk away with the money he earned."

The now-ex-couple -- who married in October 2010 -- reportedly did not have a prenuptial agreement, which would entitle Russell to half of all of their earnings during their 14-month marriage.
