Lindsay Lohan Kicks Assistant Out of Car After He Bails Her Out of Jail: Video

Nothing says “thank you for bailing me out of jail” like kicking someone out of a car and making them walk through a storm of paparazzi with a jacket over their head. But that’s what Lindsay Lohan did to her faithful friend and assistant Gavin Doyle on Thursday morning after he sprung her from the clink following a wild night during which the “Liz & Dick” trainwreck allegedly punched a woman in the face at a nightclub.

In a new video, just before Lohan, 26, was escorted out of the 10th Precinct at 7 a.m., she can be seen turning around to Gavin Doyle and yelling, “You’re not coming with us!” Still, he does and hops in the front seat of the awaiting car, while Lohan gets in the back with security. But before her door shuts, the actress is heard screaming, “Gavin get out of the car, get out of the car Gavin! Get him out of the car, now! Gavin get out! Gavin get out of the f--king car. Now!” Doyle does as he is told, while the group surrounding the car laughs at him, but not before poking his head back in the car and telling Lohan, “OK. Never speak to me again.”

As the poor guy – who just moments before had released a statement saying that “it's become a pastime” for people “to use her name and fame” – walks down the Manhattan street alone with his jacket over his head, reporters and photographers hound him with questions as to why she wanted him out of the vehicle. Despite the cruel humiliation, Doyle, a photographer, tweeted his support for his former friend a few hours later, writing, “after bailing you out last night I HOPE and PRAY you get the help you so desperately need. We are ALL rooting for you … Life is NOT a movie it's a reality that needs to be faced.”

On Friday, Doyle tweeted that he was headed for Miami, presumably to get far away from the drama. Soon after, he added, “Be thankful for the good things and people in your life. It’s not where you are in life, it’s who you have by your side that matters.”

Doyle is the same assistant on whom Lohan tried to pin her June car crash. Although she told Santa Monica police he was the one behind the wheel, Doyle as well as other independent witnesses revealed it was actually the former child star. Because of that, Lohan was charged on Thursday with three counts, including giving false information to a police officer, obstructing or resisting a police officer in the performance of his duty, and reckless driving.

Since the Thursday morning skirmish in NYC, Lohan has been lying low … except to inexplicably retweet a post from Women’s Wear Daily at 1:20 a.m. about the new fashion director at Balenciaga.

Clearly, she has priorities.
