Lil Wayne is on the mend after an in-flight medical emergency forced his plane to make an emergency landing Thursday.
The rapper, 30, was hospitalized on Oct. 25 after falling ill aboard his private jet. Though reports initially claimed that the Young Money boss had suffered a seizure-like incident, it now appears he had a severe migraine and dehydration.
The hip hop star -- who's currently busy preparing for the December release of his new album, I Am Not a Human Being II -- was treated for his ailments in Texas, where his plane made its emergency landing Thursday afternoon. He was discharged a short time later.
"[Lil Wayne] is at home on doctor-mandated rest and will return to work soon," the rapper's rep said in a statement. "He appreciates all of his fans for their support and love."
