Who wouldn't want the sleek 'n fit body of Jennifer Aniston? At 43, she defines ageless appeal. Besides good genes, the actress credits her yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, with whipping her into tip top shape.
The LA-based Mandy created a yoga-hybrid workout called Yogalosophy. It is a sweat-inducing mix of traditional yoga poses (think warrior, tree and down dog) and toning exercises (like lunges, squats and push-ups). "Yogalosophy's targeted sculpting exercises leave you feeling strong, centered and relaxed," adds Mandy.
To maintain Jen's sleek, toned arms, Mandy has Jen move through at least ten sets of sun salutations.
"Sun salutations work the triceps, biceps and shoulders at the same time, providing a toned, feminine look to her arms without too much bulk," reveals Mandy.
Mandy's shares her workout secrets with GaiamTV.com, which is a streaming video subscription service that offers the trendiest yoga and fitness classes plus 1000s of health/wellness videos.
