Adele To Perform At Kate Middleton's Birthday Party

Whilst the rest of the world desperately tried to nab themselves some prestigious Adele tickets after she announced her UK tour last month, the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton, didn’t even have to try.

In fact, the British royal is lucky enough to have secured Adele as the entertainment for her 34th birthday party next month, making the rest of us mere mortals incredibly jealous.

A source revealed: “Kate has been a huge fan of Adele since her first album, ‘19’, and decided to reach out to her after '25’ was released.

"She asked her personal assistant to contact Adele’s management team in the hope she’d be available for a private performance to celebrate her birthday.

"Kate isn’t into big birthdays but is having a small soiree for close family and friends and is desperate to have Adele sing an acoustic version of her new material, plus a few of her old hits.”

Cor, if a private gig from the biggest superstar on the planet doesn’t qualify as a “big birthday” for the Duchess, we’d hate to see what does.

Speaking to heat magazine, the insider added that Adele “immediately” agreed to the show, sharing: “They said she would be honoured to do it, providing she could change a few things around in her schedule, and was going to do everything in her power to make it happen.”

Alright for some, eh?

Although it doesn’t come as too much of a surprise as the 27-year-old had previously gushed about how much she loves the royal family, revealing: “I’d love a night out with Prince Harry, he seems like a right laugh.

"I love Kate Middleton, she’s brilliant, and I love William.”

And the way ticket sales are going, we’re starting to think that we’re more likely to get an invite to Kate’s birthday party than tickets to one of Adele’s London dates…
