Meet Joe Jonas’s New Girlfriend, Model Juliana Herz
Joe Jonas has a new girlfriend. She is, shock of all shocks, a model. Her name is Juliana Herz, she’s from Costa Rica, and a quick scan of her Instagram shows that she’s got a major thing for Harry Potter.
According to “sources” — who may or may not be Kevin Jonas with a voice modulator — the two have just started dating and things aren’t really serious yet. Anyway, Herz was with Jonas as he played a show with his band, DNCE, in New York on Saturday night and then they were together again Monday night at a Grammys afterparty in Los Angeles, so it’s not like they’re not not serious.
We all know Joe, who previously dated Gigi Hadid and was spotted making out with former America’s Next Top Model contestant Jessica Serfaty, loves models, but what else do we know about Juliana Herz?
Herz was recently profiled by For Love & Lemons; the feature was Valentine’s Day-related so it’d also be a really great research tool for Jonas. She likes men who are “confident and funny. Make me laugh, and you’re Brad Pitt in my eyes,” she says. She also claims to love candy and says her dream date is “somewhere warm, tropical, beachy.”

The name of Joe’s new band is just one letter away from “dance,” however it appears that dancing is not one of Herz’s strong suits. It’s our flaws that make us interesting. (This video of Herz twerking is particularly cringe-inducing.)
Anyway, congratulations to Jonas and Herz, who’ve found love. Or like. Or lust. Whichever. May your relationship blossom and grow. Or rather, may it last an appropriate and non-painful amount of time, and may you both get exactly what you need in this moment from each other’s company.
