Like Father, Like Son: David and Brooklyn Beckham's Dueling Instagrams

David Beckham and his son have a friendly competition when it comes to social media — and we’re benefiting from it.

You don’t have to be a millennial to know that Brooklyn Beckham, 16, has become a bit of a thing on Instagram, drawing 3.3 million followers, who post comments on his pictures like, “xoxo love you bad.” After giving his eldest son a playful ribbing over it — reminding him who’s the true social media king in their household — David recently joined the photo sharing site, quickly earning 7.3 million devotees of his own.

Planned or not, the Beckham men now seem to be engaged in a friendly rivalry. One day, David shares a shirtless selfie and then faster than you can say bangers and mash (with a British accent!), Brooklyn uploads one of his own. With it being Father’s Day and all, we thought we’d comb through their streams (we know — laborious work!) to find their most twinning moments.
