Khloé Kardashian Says She Had It Out With Lamar Odom Over His Brothel Patronage

In a long and very revealing conversation with Howard Stern, Khloé Kardashian opened up about everything from Lamar Odom’s overdose to her new boyfriend, James Harden.
Kardashian filed for divorce from Odom in 2013, but they put their divorce proceedings on hold after Odom suffered a traumatic overdose in October of last year whle visiting a legal brothel. While he was in a coma, Khloé was in charge of making all medical decisions as Lamar’s healthcare proxy.
“I asked him [why he’d visit a brothel in the first place]. I said, ‘You do whatever the f**k you want to do, but please promise me you’ll never go back to a disgusting brothel again,’” Kardashian said. “If you want to pay someone, you can pay someone in the privacy of your hotel. Like, what are you doing?”
On the show, Kardashian confirmed to Stern that it was Odom’s wandering eye that caused their split in the first place.
“Lamar was so great at making me feel like I was the only one and I’m this princess,” Kardashian said. “He was so good, nothing was on his cell phones, nothing. He had an assistant and they were all on his assistant’s phone. … I found out that he was cheating on me the majority of our marriage, I just didn’t know.”
She added, “Once I found out about all the cheating, I was very worried about STDs. I went and got checked. I’m clean, thank God. Now, looking back, seeing like why I didn’t get pregnant, you know … when you’re high, you don’t have strong swimmers.”
Khloé also admitted she understands why it’s hard for people to understand the current status of their relationship.
“I know it’s confusing for a lot of people to understand, sometimes it’s hard for me to understand,” she says. “I don’t hate him, I love him dearly and I will always love him.”
However, Kardashian insisted that Odom has never asked her to get back together, throughout his recovery.
“No, he didn’t [ask for me to come back],” Kardashian said. “It’s funny, [when he first woke up from his coma] Kim was like, ‘How hot is Khloé?’ And I was like, ‘Kim! Like, literally, give him a minute to wake up.’”
Khloé opened up about her new boyfriend James Harden, also an NBA player.
“I actually met James — Kimberly threw Kanye a birthday party at the Staples Center,” Khloé said. “But we rented it out and she had all of his friends and some athletes were playing basketball so I met him there.“
