Jon Gosselin Claims He Hasn’t Seen All of His Kids Together in 3 Years

Jon Gosselin is speaking out about what he says are unfair restrictions his ex-wife Kate Gosselin has placed on his visitation rights with his kids.

While Gosselin sees some of his kids once a week for dinner and every other weekend, he says he hasn’t seen all eight of his kids at once in ages.

“Most of the time, I get four. I haven’t seen all of my kids together in about three years,” Gosselin says in a preview clip promoting his appearance on Steve Harvey next Monday. “I only get what I get … I pull to the gate, and whoever comes down the driveway, that’s who I get. I’m not privy to any information, I don’t know who I’m going to get.”

Though he doesn’t specify which son he’s talking about, Gosselin says he hasn’t seen one of his sons in a year and a half.

“Now the kids are stuck in the middle between us,” Gosselin, now a DJ, says. “I haven’t seen my son in a year and a half. I don’t know why. I can’t talk to him. I have no communication.”

With Kate, Jon is the father of 15-year-old twins Cara and Mady, and 11-year-old sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Leah, Joel, Aaden, and Alexis.

Gosselin explains his decision to quit Jon and Kate Plus 8 in another clip.

“We knew we were going to get divorced and then the network tried to keep us together for the benefit of the show,” Gosselin explains. “So I quit. I said, ‘I’m not having my divorce filmed. I’m not having it aired out for the public’s consumption. And I’m not having re-runs so my children can keep on watching the demise of their parents.’ So I just took a moral stance.”

As for the status of his relationship with Kate, Jon says he tries not to ruffle her feathers. “I just try to keep the peace,” he told Us Weekly last fall. “Keeping the peace is the best thing and then I don’t have to deal with going to court.”

Jon, 38, hasn’t ruled out remarrying, though. He’s been dating Colleen Conrad for more than a year now.
