Find Out Who Will Join Laurie Hernandez in the DWTS Finals — and Which Pair Was Eliminated

Dancing with the Stars said goodbye to one of Tom Bergeron‘s favorite contestants on Monday evening.

Five couples — Laurie Hernandez and Val Chmerkovskiy, Jana Kramer and Gleb Savchenko, Calvin Johnson and Lindsay Arnold, Terra Jolé and Sasha Farber, and James Hinchcliffe and Sharna Burgess — entered semifinals week with their sights set on making it to the season 23 finals, but one unfortunate pair was eliminated from the competition after giving it their best shot.

At the end of the semifinals show on Monday night, Bergeron and co-host Erin Andrews revealed that the couple who would not be progressing to finals week for their chance at winning the coveted Mirrorball Trophy was between Johnson and Jolé. Unfortunately, although the duo scored a perfect 60/60 for their two dances, Jolé and Farber were sent home at the wrap of the evening.

“Sasha has been extremely supportive throughout this entire process and honestly, I wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t for Sasha. And I’m just so grateful,” Jolé, 36, told Andrews of her pro partner. “I’m so grateful to have him as my partner.”

But before the duo took their final twirl on the dance floor, Bergeron paid a huge compliment to the Little Women L.A. star.

“When people ask me in future interviews who are my favorite people we’ve had on the show, your name is on that list now my dear,” Bergeron stated.

Dancing with the Stars airs Mondays (8p.m. ET) on ABC.
