This has been the year of celebrity splits, so it’s nice to be reminded that love isn’t totally dead in Hollywood. Jenna Dewan Tatum covers the January 2017 issue of Cosmopolitan, and the Supergirl star made it clear that things are all good with husband Channing Tatum. Very good.

“We definitely have a very happy and healthy [sex life],” she tells the magazine, adding, “I’ve always been a very sexual person.”

Jenna continued, “Something about being a dancer connects you to your physical body. It’s primal, earthy, sexual energy by nature. You feel your body in a certain way. Channing is very much the same way. He’s very in tune with that.”

If you’ve seen Channing and Jenna’s lip-sync battle or his equally enthusiastic comments about the couple’s time in the bedroom, then those remarks shouldn’t be surprising.

The couple, both 36, met on the set of their 2006 film Step Up, and apparently it was Jenna who tried to put the brakes on their relationship early on. Channing just wouldn’t take no for an answer.

“It was two nights of being weird. We hadn’t even kissed. And then he went out partying with a bunch of dancers,” she explains to the magazine. “His room was right above mine, and he came down drunk with a sombrero on, banging on my door. He was like, ‘I couldn’t stop thinking about you. Let’s do this. I just want to be with you.’ From that point forward, we were together.”

And we couldn’t imagine it any other way.
