Instacram: Kristin Cavallari's Bali Getaway

When you get to take a trip somewhere you’ve always wanted to go, you should really revel in the experience. That’s just what Kristin Cavallari is doing now that she’s made her way to Bali, Indonesia. She may be traveling without hubby Jay Cutler and her three children, but at least one good friend is with her to enjoy the fun … and snap these enviable pics.

Today the TV personality and designer, 29, excitedly took in the awesome sights of the rice paddies on the Tegallalang Rice Terraces in Ubud, a popular tourist spot. “One of the coolest things I’ve been lucky enough to see #RiceTerraces #Bali,” she captioned the snap below.

Earlier this week, she teased the trip, posting pics of her passport next to a bikini, a pair of short shorts, stylish black Chinese Laundry heels, and sunglasses. She cryptically let her fans know she was “Going somewhere I’ve always dreamed about going to….”

Once Kristin made the 18-hour trip to Bali, it was everything she hoped it would be. She woke up early and soaked it all in. “First one in the whole place up this morning. Got to watch the sunrise in peace,” she wrote. “already in love with you, Bali.”

Of course, it doesn’t hurt that she’s staying at the breathtaking Mulia Resort, recognized last year as one of the best spas in the world. And she took full advantage of all the “spa vibes” and something called an “ice room.” Did you know “you haven’t lived until you’ve been in an ice room”?

Even though Kristen had to deal with a little jet lag when she arrived, it didn’t stop her from being able to center herself and get to the business of thinking “deep thoughts in the jungle.” She’s just continuing to live her best life, people. No big deal.
