Ice-T and Coco Are Selling Their Jersey Penthouse for $1.1 Million

New parents Ice-T and Coco Austin have a new home for raising baby Chanel, and they’ve officially moved on from the New Jersey penthouse featured in their reality show Ice Loves Coco.
They want just $1.098 million for the two bedroom, two bathroom pad, according to Zillow.
The 2,161-square-foot property is modest — well, compared to other celebrity residences — but it has a lot of posh qualities. Windows stretch from the floor to the ceiling throughout. In the kitchen, the countertops and floor feature black onyx. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi, and a third bedroom has been transformed into a giant closet.
The new owner will also enjoy a terrace — for staring out at the New York City skyline — two parking spaces, and wall-to-wall plum-colored carpeting on the second level. (The buyer better like the color purple!) The building includes a doorman and a gym as well.
Local news source NJ.com reported that the rapper and his bride’s asking price is $400,000 less than what they paid for it back in 2005. It’s also less than the $1.99 million they tried to sell it for last year, before listing it again on Wednesday. So, technically, this could be considered a bargain! Right?
