The Kardashians work hard to maintain their enviable curves, and they’re not afraid to share their fitness secrets with the world.

If you want to work out like a Kardashian, too, just follow these simple steps:

1. Start by enlisting the aid of trainer Gunnar Peterson, who has helped the whole Kardashian fam get fit and is frequently featured on Khloé’s app.

2. Try to fit in two exercise sessions daily like Kim. (It helps if you don’t have a full-time job.) The reality star recently posted a clip to Snapchat during her second workout of the day before she did 15 sprints up the hills in her neighborhood.

3. Have fun with your workouts like Kourtney, who mixes her routine up with hikes and recently displayed her basketball skills in an itty-bitty bikini on her Instagram. On Snapchat, Kourt also shared snippets of her workout, which includes jumping rope, plank exercises with free weights and on the Bosu ball.

4. For upper body strength, do pushups with added resistance like Kanye. Kim recently shared a video of the rapper doing the move in the garage with little North on his back.

5. Make sure to hit the gym with family and friends, and, most importantly, don’t forget to snap a gym selfie.
