Hillary and Chelsea Clinton Respond to Trump's Ban
Hillary and Chelsea Clinton have both come forward to join the growing group of people who have voiced their opposition to President Donald Trump's immigration and refugee ban targeting Muslim-majority countries.
On Saturday, the former secretary of state took to Twitter to offer her support for those protesting Trump's executive orders for an immigration ban and building a wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.
"I stand with the people gathered across the country tonight defending our values and our Constitution," she wrote. "This is not who we are."

Her tweet seemed to echo her previous sentiments in regards to the Women's March on Washington and its Sister Marches around the world last weekend. At the time, Clinton tweeted several messages of support for the protests and what they stood for, even giving a nod to her campaign slogan "Stronger Together." She also addressed the importance of keeping the same "momentum" going.
Thanks for standing, speaking & marching for our values @womensmarch. Important as ever. I truly believe we're always Stronger Together.

Meanwhile, throughout the weekend, Chelsea Clinton also took to Twitter in support of #NoBanNoWall, retweeting several posts about the ban and agreeing with Team Rubicon CEO Jake Wood's statement calling the ban "un-American." She also posted a couple photos from the protests, but it's unclear if Clinton actually attended them or if she was sharing photos from someone else.
Yes, it is. Thank you Jake for your leadership. https://t.co/Hztzze2BBh

Among the posts she retweeted were her mom's statement on the matter, as well as several praising the lawyers who are offering free legal services to detained people at airports all across the country and a few posts pointing out refugees have not committed a single terrorist act on the U.S. since the Refugee Act of 1980. Here are a few of the posts Clinton retweeted:
