Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez Unite for Family Vacation in Mexico Amid Divorce Proceedings

Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez jetted out of the Los Angeles International Airport on Monday, coming together to take their children on a family vacation to Mexico despite their ongoing divorce proceedings.

The former couple, who first announced their plans to divorce last October, were photographed leaving LAX with both Maceo-Robert, 2, and Berry's daughter Nahla, 8. A source tells PEOPLE that the family of four are vacationing at a Mexican resort.

Berry, 49, and Martinez, 50, have come together before for the sake of the children, and other sources have told PEOPLE that the pair are working out divorce details amicably. "There is no fighting," the insider shared.

Neither star was wearing a wedding ring on Monday.

From the start, sources told PEOPLE that Berry and Martinez wanted to "make the divorce as painless as possible for the kids," and that the actor was "very happy that he and Halle are able to keep a good relationship."

In November, Berry opened up about the split, saying, "Whenever you're going through anything in life, when you step outside yourself and focus on others, that's always the best remedy for any situation that you'd rather not be dealing with."
