Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian grace the cover of Architectural Digest, both of their gorgeous Calabasas, California, mansions featured in a spread highlighting the work of their decorator, Martyn Lawrence Bullard.

But why should these two get all the pretty things? We’ve scoured Craigslist to find New York apartments that will provide you with similar amenities, without breaking the bank.

Outdoor Space

Both Khloé and Kourtney’s homes feature beautiful outdoor spaces filled with lush greenery and plush furniture, perfect for reconnecting with nature while sipping a glass of rosé. But you can get this balcony in New York’s Murray Hill neighborhood for a measly $2,500 a month. You could probably fit a lawn chair and a small succulent out there. At the same time!

Spacious Kitchen

Khloé’s home features a massive kitchen and its focal point is a custom-made hood. Since it’s custom, we couldn’t find one for you, but take a look at this kitchen. It’s got a stainless steel refrigerator just like Khloé’s and similar white countertops. Just look at all that space. And is that a washing machine? In the kitchen? Talk about convenience. Just blocks from Central Park, you’ll only have to share this $1,250-a-month apartment’s two bathrooms with four other roommates.

In-Home Office

One of Kourtney’s favorite rooms in her house is the office which is full of art and a priceless Jules Leleu desk. For the bargain price of $2,450 per month, you could easily set up a home office of your own at this 530-square-foot studio apartment just a few blocks from Grand Central Terminal. Your bed will be in the same room which means you won’t be wasting time walking from room to room. Efficiency is the worker’s best friend.

Cozy Living Room

The heart of any good home is in its living room. Kourtney’s living room creates an inviting atmosphere with “Christian Liaigre sofas dressed in a Schumacher wool and a Larsen leather.” At this Upper West Side one bedroom located only a stone’s throw from Riverside Park, you can collapse directly onto the “lightly used” leather couch dressed in a verdant plaid directly from your front door. Très chic! The whole apartment’s 500 square feet will set you back $2,650 a month, but a good broker could probably get the landlord to toss in that color printer/copier for free.

Children’s Playroom

According to Bullard, Kourtney is “all about her kids,” so her home features a beautiful playroom for Mason, 6; Penelope, 3; and Reign, 1. Among the other gorgeous amenities in this $2,300-a-month, two-bedroom (a room for you and a room for the kids!) historic Harlem home, is this… whatever it is. Shove the kids in there with their toys. They’ll love it!

Ample Closet Space

At Khloé’s home, the room that “perhaps best reflects [her] vivacious spirit is her gargantuan closet.” Khloé actually converted two bedrooms to create the massive space: “I don’t have kids, so why not?” she says. Closet space is always an issue in New York, but not in this $2,295 monthly Washington Heights apartment which features two whole closets in one of its bedrooms. What would you even do with that extra space? Start a collection of silk rompers? Get an illegal subletter? The only limit is yourself.
