Too cute! Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson shared the first photo of his newborn daughter, Jasmine, on Instagram on Sunday, December 20.
“Christmas came early!” the actor, 43, captioned the sweet snap that showed the shirtless action hero cradling his baby girl. “Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy’s chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning.”

The former WWE wrestler and his girlfriend of almost a decade, Lauren Hashian, welcomed their first child together on Wednesday, December 16.

“I was right there during labor, helping her breathe, every highly intense contraction, every second of pain, right there watching the actual birth, cutting the cord and wiping the tears,” he continued. “Incredible.”

The Central Intelligence actor also gushed in his long caption about how being a father for the second time has changed him.
“Kinda crazy but in this cool and powerful skin to skin bonding moment with my newborn baby Jasmine, I had just one wish I asked the universe… Give me the strength to be a better man today than I was yesterday,” he wrote.
Johnson — who has a 14-year-old daughter, Simone, with ex Dany Garcia — opened up in April about the joys of fatherhood and bonding with the late Paul Walker, who also had a teenage daughter, while filming Fast Five.
“We had both been in the business at that time for over a decade, and the most important thing we had in common was the importance of family time and being a great father to our daughters,” he told Entertainment Weekly. “We bonded over that.”
