Don’t Let Alyssa Milano’s Christmas Card Confuse You — Her Marriage Is ‘Solid’

It was all in a day’s work when Alyssa Milano shared “our family’s holiday card” on Facebook over the weekend. It’s an especially cute one with her angel-faced cherubs, Elizabella and Milo, stealing the show with their open-mouth grins. What the actress probably didn’t count on when she uploaded the card, however, was that among her 1.5 million Facebook followers, chatter would break out about the status of her marriage to Dave Bugliari because he was omitted from the so-called “family card.”

“Alyssa Milano, this is a beautiful photo of your family,” wrote one Facebook commenter named Diana Forsythe. “Your husband should have been included in the photo that way it would be a complete family photo.” That comment had 134 likes and 45 replies from people alternately agreeing and telling Diana to mind her own business.

Maria L Manchisi FitzGerald was more blunt, writing, “Where is your husband in the picture?” and she received 122 likes for her candor.

Finally, Coco Harrison Harley told the other commenters to all pipe down and “give [Alyssa] some space. If she has separated from her husband, that cant be easy. Respect her privacy.” There were 48 likes on that comment about the actress’s marriage maybe being over.

We agreed it was unusual for Milano’s husband, an agent for the Creative Artists Agency, not to make the cut in a family card that was signed, in script, “[Heart] Alyssa, Milo, and Elizabetta.” However, a rep for the Who’s the Boss alum assured Yahoo Celebrity that their marriage is “solid.” The card was actually a #ad — we guess she forgot the #hashtag! — she was paid to create it and promote it for SimplytoImpress.com. Bugliari had no part in it.

Milano, who married Bugliari in 2009, has previously said in no uncertain terms that her second marriage is a life-long commitment. Divorce is “not an option,” she said to Entertainment Tonight in 2015. “[Marriage is] work, and there’s no one I’d rather put in the work with.”

As for Milano’s fans, if they scrolled down through her posts just a little further, they’d find this gem, taken just two weeks ago, of the family at the happiest place on earth.

Maybe this photo will be turned into the family’s real — not for a paycheck! — holiday card this year. It’s pretty cute.
