Donald Trump Threatens to Bring Bill Clinton's Former Mistress Gennifer Flowers to Presidential Debate

It is on between rivals Mark Cuban and Donald Trump, and the Clintons are getting caught up in it.

After Cuban tweeted about his front-row seat at the upcoming presidential debate to support Hillary Clinton, Trump fired back on his own Twitter account.

"If dopey Mark Cuban of failed Benefactor fame wants to sit in the front row, perhaps I will put Gennifer Flowers right alongside of him!" the Republican presidential candidate wrote in a tweet posted on Saturday.

During Bill Clinton's 1992 presidential campaign, Flowers, a model and actress, came forward to claim that she had had a 12-year, consensual sexual relationship with Clinton during his time as Arkansas governor.

Clinton flatly denied an affair with Flowers, but eventually admitted the two had one sexual encounter in 1977. And while she did not take legal action against him, that has not stopped Flowers from speaking against him and his wife.

In an interview on the Aaron Kline Investigative Radio program, Flowers accused Hillary of being "an enabler that has encouraged [Bill] to go out and do whatever he does with women."

"She always got things on the back of her husband," Flowers said, adding of Hillary's presidential campaign, "I think it's a joke that she would run on women's issues."

The first presidential debate will air on Monday, Sept. 26 NBC at 9 p.m. ET.
