Taylor Swift just gave one of her fans, a 13-year-old cancer patient named Delaney Clements, the “best Christmas present ever” when she made a surprise visit to her bedside in Colorado. But that’s what the “Shake It Off” singer does.

For the fourth year in a row, Swift tops DoSomething.org’s annual Celebs Gone Good list, which was announced on Tuesday. The list recognizes famous do-gooders and it’s voted on by fans, but is also determined by a celeb’s STARmeter ranking on IMDB.com as well as input from industry experts.

“2015 was a huge year for Taylor Swift with 1989 [dominating] the charts and stadiums around the world,” the org wrote on its site. “But just because Swift was busy promoting the album and tour doesn’t mean she stopped being charitable. Not only did Taylor donate $50,000 to a young girl who had to miss one of her shows to undergo treatment for leukemia, she donated another $50,000 to the Seattle Symphony, $50,000 to help fund arts education in NYC AND another $50,000 to her backup dancers baby nephew fighting cancer.”

Her visit to Clements and similar acts are the icing on the cake.

Here is the complete Celebs Gone Good list for 2015:

That Taylor sure has a lot of heart.
