Dean McDermott Proposes to Wife Tori Spelling... Again!
Dean McDermott and Tori Spelling love a little publicity. That’s why the cameras were conveniently nearby when McDermott decided to pop the question to his wife, Tori Spelling, for a third time ahead of their 10th wedding anniversary in May.
Earlier this week, the 49-year-old actor/TV personality got down on bended knee and presented his leading lady with another engagement ring in front of their four children: Liam, 9; Stella, 7; Hattie, 4; and Finn, 3, during a family vacation to Paris. The surprise proposal went down on the terrace of Café de l'Homme near the Eiffel Tower.
“Dean planned it with the owners of Café de l'Homme — overlooking the Eiffel Tower and all of Paris — to have the terrace all reserved and private for us, and told me we were going to get coffee and hot chocolates for the kids and then surprised me when he got down on one knee and presented me with an antique engagement ring,” Spelling told photographer Michael Simon. “The four kids and I were so surprised and so happy. It’s been a rough few years and this was a perfect family moment for unity and love!"
The couple’s relationship has seen its fair share of ups and downs. If you’ll recall, they were married to other people when they first hooked up. Things were peachy keen up until 2013, when McDermott had an affair with a Canadian woman. In an attempt to save their marriage, Spelling and McDermott decided it would be a good idea to document their life on their 2014 reality show True Tori as they dealt with the aftermath of his infidelity. Guess it worked!
