Daniel Radcliffe is certainly not one to keep up with the digital world.

During a New York Times TimesTalk for his new movie Imperium, the British actor, 27, revealed that he doesn't care much for social media.

"I think Twitter is great for certain things and certain people, there are people I really enjoy reading on Twitter," Radcliffe said. "But I don't know why anyone in my position would ever be on it."

Although the talk was to promote his movie about an FBI agent who goes undercover to infiltrate a Neo-Nazi organization, the subject quickly turned to his thoughts on technology and personal privacy since Radcliffe is currently starring in an off-Broadway play aptly titled Privacy.

The actor admitted that he's really not a fan of technology – except when it comes to fantasy football.

"I got email three years ago," he said when a fan asked him about his feelings about technology. "I managed to not because I loved not having it, and then I had to get it cause I joined a fantasy football league."

Radcliffe also gave a rather surprising answer when asked which Harry Potter movie was his favorite to film.

"I probably liked making maybe the fifth one the best, which is not everyone's favorite one but it was for me," Radcliffe said about Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. "It was the most I ever got to work with Gary [Oldman], who played Sirius, and it was a time that I felt like I was getting better at doing it."

Imperium – also starring Toni Collette and True Blood's Sam Trammell – hits theaters Aug. 19.
