The Force is strong with this one.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens star John Boyega spent Friday delivering toys from the iconic film franchise, on behalf of the Rays of Sunshine children’s charity, for sick children at The Royal London Hospital in London.

Boyega was joined by a very special fan: 5-year-old Daniel Bell, who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor, and whose wish it was to meet Boyega’s Star Wars character, Finn, and hand out toys with him.

The pair – Boyega dressed as Finn, Bell dressed as a stormtrooper, along with a young girl dressed in her Rey best – delivered toys to multiple kids at the hospital. They even had time for a lightsaber battle! (Though it’s not clear who won.)

“Thank you so so much Rays of Sunshine and John Boyega for granting Daniel’s wish to meet Finn and take toys to the hospital,” Daniel’s mom, Rosalind, wrote on Facebook Saturday. “It was just amazing, I have no words! Daniel is still totally overwhelmed, I have never seen him so happy.”

Boyega “jumped” at the opportunity, he said.

“When I heard about Daniel’s wish to meet Finn, I jumped at the chance to make it come true,” Boyega, 23, said, according to the Belfast Telegraph. “It was fantastic to be a part of his very special wish with Rays of Sunshine.”

He added, “It was also great to meet the children at The Royal London Hospital and be a part of something so positive.”

Boyega has previously spoken about his affection for Star Wars fans, telling Jimmy Fallon in December that he planned to go meet a few in person, upon the Force Awakens premiere.

“I’m gonna go over to a few theaters in Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and I’m gonna meet some people, you know, just say thank you,” Boyega said. “This is big, and I feel the love, I really, really do.”
