Channing Tatum Reveals That Wife Jenna Dewan Helped Him Learn How to Tap Dance for ‘Hail, Caesar!’ Role

We’ve seen Channing Tatum dance in Step Up and Magic Mike, so we know the boy’s got moves. But learning how to tap dance for his role in the upcoming film Hail, Caesar! was a bit out of his comfort zone.

While promoting the new Coen brother’s film alongside co-star George Clooney, the 35-year-old hunk told The Insider With Yahoo that his wife, Jenna Dewan, played a huge part in helping him prepare. “It’s really frustrating when you’ve been working on something for like two months and then you show it to your wife and she can do it from like an iPhone video the first time she watches it,” Tatum explained. But he went on to say that “once you get past the humiliation,” it’s kind of nice because “you have a coach at home.”

Unfortunately, because the entire world is aware of his dance prowess, Channing’s always being asked to perform. Check out this video to see Tatum’s interview, and tune in to “The Insider With Yahoo” on TV tonight for the latest in entertainment news.
