Julia Roberts is PEOPLE’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman for 2017

Julia Roberts is still PEOPLE’s favorite pretty woman.

The actress has been dubbed 2017’s World’s Most Beautiful Woman an honor she’s receiving for a record fifth time (her first was in 1991 when she was just 23).

“I am very flattered,” she told PEOPLE’s editor-in-chief Jess Cagle, before also opening up about her 14-year marriage to Danny Moder, her life with three kids, her style secrets, her mom and what she really thinks about tabloid headlines.

Getting candid about how she talks to twins Hazel and Phinnaeus, both 12, and son Henry Daniel, 9, about beauty, Roberts revealed, “It’s an interesting navigation because you don’t want to mess them up, you don’t want to make them aware of something that was better that they weren’t aware of.”

She joked, “I think as long as everybody smells good and has a smile on their face, that’s a beauty regime!”

Aaron Hernandez commits suicide in his prison cell

Disgraced former New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez, who was convicted in 2015 of murdering his friend, was found dead on Wednesday after hanging himself in his Massachusetts prison cell.

According to a statement from the Massachusetts Department of Correction, Hernandez, 27, was in a single cell and hanged himself with a bed sheet after blocking the door. His death was officially ruled a suicide on Friday, following an autopsy.

Just five days before the suicide, Hernandez was acquitted of double murder charges in the deaths of two men outside a Boston nightclub in 2012. Despite the homicide acquittal, Hernandez was still serving a life sentence for friend Odin Lloyds 2013 death a conviction he planned to appeal.

Now, because of a legal doctrine in the state, Hernandez’s murder conviction in Lloyd’s killing will actually be voided, as he had not exhausted all of his appeals upon his death, Martin Healy, the chief legal counsel for the Massachusetts Bar Association, told PEOPLE.

Caitlyn Jenner opens up about hiding her true identity in new memoir

Caitlyn Jenner makes a series of revelations including that she might never again be intimate with a woman in her upcoming memoir, The Secrets of My Life, which is exclusively excerpted by PEOPLE in this week’s issue and will be released later this month.

“A future female companion? I think about that. A future female sexual companion? Not happening, at least for now, and perhaps not ever,” she wrote in a section of the book completed prior to her recently revealed gender confirmation surgery. “A future male sexual companion? I have never had the inclination. But maybe that attitude might possibly change if I have the Final Surgery.”

Jenner who publicly transitioned from male to female almost two years ago was married to three women over the years. They had all divorced before Jenner went public with her gender identity.

She also revealed that during her time on the motivational speaker circuit as Bruce, she’d wear “panties and a bra” under her suit.

“They don’t know that when I look into the mirror I see something entirely different, a body I loathe: a beard that is noticeable no matter how close the shave, a penis that is useless except for pissing in the woods,” Jenner wrote. “They don’t know that I have slept with roughly five women in my life, and I was married to three of them.”

Harry Styles finally gets candid about his relationship with Taylor Swift

Harry Styles publicly addressed Taylor Swift for the first time since their short-lived 2012 romance, telling the singer “thank you” in Rolling Stones new cover story.

After being asked if he had anything to say to Swift, all these years later, Styles responded, “Certain things don’t work out. There’s a lot of things that can be right, and it’s still wrong.”

He added, “If you run into that person, maybe it’s awkward, maybe you have to get drunk ... but you shared something. Meeting someone new, sharing those experiences, it’s the best s- ever. So thank you.”

Styles called the highly publicized relationship a “learning experience,” and confirmed that yes, he’s aware it spawned some hit songs Swift’s “Style” and “Out of the Woods.”

“They’re great songs ... It’s the most amazing unspoken dialogue ever,” Styles said.
