Britney Spears walked into a tea party…
That’s not the start to a joke. Our favorite Las Vegas performer did just that, sharing a photo of the frou-frou décor on Instagram. There was a floral teapot among other pieces of fine china, a doily, and a slice of cake that looked a little too perfect to eat. “Tea time,” she captioned the pic.

Because the “Work Bitch” singer wasn’t in the photo herself (sadly!), we couldn’t help but wonder what ensemble our beloved Brit-Brit would wear to a tea party. Elegant ladies with big hats, poppy-print dresses, pearls, and handkerchiefs, and then Britney in, well, something very Britney.
So that got us thinking and inspired this list of 10 ensembles straight from her closet, which we think would be perfect Britney-esque tea party attire…
1. Multi-wash denim. We basically pray every night before we go to bed that she will wear this outfit again, but to a tea party? Aces.
